Alico Labour Training Center

A purpose built training facility equipped with qualified trainers, tools and materials to simulate realistic site experience
Can accommodate up to 30 technicians
Training includes safety, quality, installation techniques and good practices
Four week program duration is followed by assessment and grading for each trainees
Training covers most of Alico’s portfolio such as:
Use of power tools
Unitized Curtain Wall
Stick Curtain Wall
Most types of cladding
Application of sealants
Balustrades
Glazing including spider system
Skylights
Cable tensioning
Fixing of fire-stop, smoke seals and water proofing membranes
Self conduct
