SALES EXECUTIVE FOR EXPORTS : Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree either in Business, Architecture, or Engineering. Fluent in English, oral & writing. Exposure to international markets, especially in Africa. Experience in sales and business development, minimum 5 years’ experience. Willing to travel to Africa and other countries.

Materials Take-off / Allocator :Bachelor’s degree Graduate (preferably civil works related) Proficiency in computer usage for data Entry and Analysis ( MS Office / AutoCAD). Good oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively coordinate with Design Teams. Special Requirements: Know how to read Shop Drawings (in CAD format) Relevant experience in Materials Take-Off Responsibilities: 1. Prepare Project Materials take off list of all the items based on the approved Shop Drawings. 2. Optimizing to Zone wise and Allocation Entry of the MTO list prepared to Intranet System. 3. Prepare updated Project logs of Materials Allocation Status in line with every scope. 4. Coordination with Design Teams / Project Teams.
