Planning manager : Job Overview: The Planning Manager will oversee the development and management of detailed project plans for facade installation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource planning. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project milestones and activities. • Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues and providing solutions. • Prepare and present project reports, including time and cost analysis, to senior management and stakeholders. • Assist in the preparation of tenders and bid submissions. • Prepare extension of time and cost claims. • Lead planning meetings and collaborate effectively with all project teams. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as a Planning Manager or in a similar role within the facade installation or construction industry. • Strong understanding of facade systems, installation processes, and construction management. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Sheet Metal Manager :Job Overview: The Sheet Metal Forming Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sheet metal forming processes, with a particular focus on forming of curved and double-curved sheet metal components by pressing or streching. This includes advanced manufacturing techniques used in high-precision industries. The role demands a thorough understanding of complex forming processes, materials science, and high-quality standards. The manager will lead the team to ensure the production of curved and double-curved parts while optimizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Qualifications & Skills: Education: • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or someone with the technical knowhow. • Specialized training or certifications in advanced sheet metal forming processes (such as stretch forming, hydroforming, or deep drawing) are highly desirable. Experience: • 10+ years of experience in sheet metal forming, including substantial exposure to double-curved forming processes. • At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing complex manufacturing operations. • Proven experience with advanced forming technologies, such as robotic automation, 3D CAD/CAE simulations, and hydroforming. Skills: • Deep understanding of curved and double-curved sheet metal forming techniques (stretch forming, deep drawing, and hydroforming). • Expertise in material science, including knowledge of the behavior of metals during complex forming processes. • Proficiency in using manufacturing software (e.g., CAD/CAM, FEA simulation tools). • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, especially in complex geometries and precision manufacturing. • Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and production forecasting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and suppliers.
